At Street Club, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product includes original tags and packaging
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items bought on sale or discount
  • Customized or limited-edition products
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and clear images of the product
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong size or defective item, we offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
